Do I need internet to perform an inspection?

No. We built A-Composite Fleet with an "Offline-First" architecture specifically for remote worksites. If you lose cellular or WiFi service, the app will safely store your completed inspections, photos, and signatures directly on your device. Once you are back in range, simply tap the yellow Sync button in your History tab to push all offline records to the cloud.

What is the difference between Personal Mode and a Fleet/Corporate Account?

Personal Mode is completely free and allows a single operator to pin 1 vehicle to their phone. All reports and photos are saved locally to your device's memory.

Fleet/Corporate Accounts are paid business tiers that unlock Company Cloud Sync, multi-driver rosters, the Admin Web Dashboard, and unlimited vehicle pinning based on your plan size.

I'm an Admin. How do drivers join my company fleet?

Once your Fleet Account is active, go to your Settings tab to find your unique 6-digit Join Code. Give this code to your drivers. They simply download the app, tap "Join Fleet", and enter the code to instantly connect to your company's database.

What happens if I sell a piece of equipment?

If an Admin removes a vehicle from the company's master roster, our Cloud Reconciliation system immediately kicks in. The next time your drivers open the app or pull to refresh, that "ghost" vehicle is automatically wiped from their phones. This completely prevents operators from performing inspections on retired assets.

Will I lose my personal vehicle data if I join a company fleet?

Absolutely not. The app uses a "Dynamic Drawer" system. Your personal vehicles and offline reports are kept safely locked in your personal memory drawer. When you log into a company fleet, that drawer slides shut and the company drawer opens. When you clock out and log out, your personal vehicle is restored exactly as you left it.

How does billing and invoicing work?

Fleet plans are B2B (Business-to-Business). Admins can use the setup calculator in the Settings tab to choose a tier (Family, Fleet, or Tradie) and the number of vehicles. Once you submit the request, a secure Stripe Invoice is emailed to you. Your cloud features and fleet sharing will unlock the exact moment the invoice is paid.

Do you charge "Per User" or "Per Vehicle"?

We charge strictly Per Vehicle, not per user. Most corporate software charges a license fee for every employee, but we know the transport and trade industries rely on shift work and pool vehicles.

This means you can invite your entire workforce to download the app and join your company database for free. Whether you have 5 drivers sharing 2 delivery vans, or 50 operators rotating through 10 excavators, you only pay for the assets sitting in your yard.

How do I view or download completed inspections?

For Drivers: Open the History tab and tap the PDF icon next to any report to generate a formatted document you can email or text directly from your phone.

For Admins: Tap the "Web Dashboard Portal" link in your Settings to log in securely from your desktop computer. You can filter, search, and bulk-download PDFs for your entire workforce in seconds.
