Terms of Service: Agreement and Strategic Compliance

By engaging with A-Composite Studio, you confirm acceptance of our full Terms of Service (TOS). Our TOS explicitly covers the following critical areas, ensuring a transparent and compliant partnership:

• Intellectual Property (IP): Full commercial ownership of deliverables transfers to the Client upon final payment.

• Scope of Work: Projects are delivered based on the Human Strategy and AI Core workflow defined in your proposal.

• International Compliance & Sanctions: The Client warrants they are not located in, and will not transact on behalf of, any person or entity in a region subject to international economic sanctions (e.g., U.S. OFAC). Compliance with local consumption taxes (VAT, GST) is the sole responsibility of the Client.

• Limitation of Liability: Liability for service errors is limited strictly to the service fee paid.
